is a five-session program* designed to help organizations increase

Service

this information and interaction packed session, Donna shows
participants how to create exceptional customer experiences that
improve the company’s bottom line and also make their jobs more
rewarding.
Exceptional service can
turn prospects into new customers, new customers into repeat customers
and repeat customers into loyal customers who refer others to you.
Exceptional internal service creates a positive and productive working
environment. Information provided includes: what do customers
want; what constitutes exceptional service; what are the four customer
communication styles; why do customers become difficult and how to

Team Work
Sports coaches know that no matter how talented individuals are, it’s
only when they work well together that they win. The same is true in
business. Companies need to make sure all their employees understand
and accept the mission and goals, while interacting with respect,
responsibility, integrity, cooperation and determination to create a
positive environment that can achieve business objectives.
